Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
For any issues with lost packages during transit, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim if applicable.
